No compromises needed. The FD-5 Trinity is the only combination sauna featuring authentic UL-listed infrared heater panels together with a traditional sauna heater. The infrared panels, red light therapy system, and traditional heater are fully integrated to combine deep infrared warmth with the classic steam sauna experience.
The system delivers rapid heat through Underwriter Laboratories tested IR heaters, working alongside a 240V/1PH 4.5kW traditional sauna stove. The short-wave far infrared penetrates deeply into muscles and joints, producing up to 25x more sweat than carbon panel heaters. The traditional heater allows water to be poured over heated stones, creating a rich steam sauna environment with intensified benefits.
The sauna also includes advanced red light therapy, a form of phototherapy that penetrates the skin to stimulate collagen and other proteins, supporting a wide range of wellness benefits. This exclusive enhancement is part of Finnmark Designs’ integrated system.
